Sedao manufactures digital signage and communications systems. The company was born out of the broadcast industry, and was established in order to meet the strong demand for high quality digital signage applications that could allow non-technical, non-creative users to create post-production quality screen messaging. We were invited to help the company reposition iteslf in the marketplace. Their technology was among the very best, but sales weren’t reflecting this.
First, we developed a whole new identity system for the business, and turned things on their heads by developing a more customer-centric communications platform. Out went the techy tone of voice, in came the user-friendly style. We created a new website to showcase their product range in a less ‘technical’ way, revamped their sales brochures and provided the business with press ad and HTML email templates to work with.
